The property Amy sold for me is located in South West Florida,where the market is deeply depressed.

I began by listing my home as a FSBO, putting ads in the local paper, and holding open houses, all long term and outdated ways of attempting to sell. After months of little activity,I went on the Internet and found AMY!!! What a relief. She visited with me promptly, explained my Home was overvalued,and that Open Houses were for Browsers, not sophisticated Buyers.

I have started to write several testimonials regarding Amy Ivey but none of them were good enough. I have worked with realtors for purchasing and selling homes across the country in California, the Midwest and Florida. Amy was able to listen to your future plans and find the perfect home, within our budget in the perfect neighborhood. I have to tell you, we thought we had found the best neighborhood that was affordable within our budget. Amy found our perfect, (no we mean Perfect) neighborhood within our budget. Amy will not sell you into something that is not right or not right for you.   She will not leave you wondering what to do next. She helped us every step of the way through the closing. Because this home was in foreclosure and bank-owned, this was an entirely new experience for us and we were glad that she was on our side. We are very happy with our second home right outside of the Fort Myers City Limits in Lee County, 3 blocks from the river, 3 bedrooms, a den, 2 baths with a screened pool enclosure. Several years ago, I met Amy through the internet. When I talked to her in person, regarding my home and some real estate questions, never did I feel pressured, but her professionalism impressed me. I saved all her emails, becasue I found them informative.

Then the time came where I had to sell my elderly mother's home. I interviewed three agents, one of them was Amy and my impression was the same as the first time I met her.She was the only one that explained the process to me. We sold my mom's home in a couple of months, while the market was glutted with foreclosures and short sales. Amy always communicated with me and not once did I feel uncomfortable for asking the same question more than once. I appreciate Amy's skills and would use her again.

We found Amy via the internet and she was wonderful from day one! Amy gave us so much information long before we travelled to the area to look at homes, and she worked very hard to find exactly what we wanted. Finding Amy was the best thing we could have asked for. My husband and I were looking to buy a vacation home in Lee County, and the minute we got connected with Amy, it was easier than I could have imagined. Amy, I could not stand house buying anymore! My boyfriend and I were about to give up once again looking for a house. We had been looking for at least 5 to 6 months. It seemed that every time we started looking everybody said "no problem we can get you into the house for the price you want"!!!! Well, that NEVER happened. In the end it always seemed to go up more than what we wanted. We were about to give up and saw a house with Amy's sign on it. We called her and she asked us a few simple questions and put us in touch with her mortgage person that she uses. Before you know it we found the house we wanted and had no problem getting the mortgage. It was truly a wonderful experience dealing with Amy. Amy always went above and beyound to make sure that we were happy and always kept in touch to see if we needed anything. I would recommended Amy to anyone trying to purchase or sell their home. I know I found a realtor for life.

When I first met Amy, when she came over to work on the listing for my home, I knew she was the realtor for me.

She spent hours with me, really finding out about my home and explained to me what people look for when they look at the MLS listings, etc.

She did a great job on my virtual tour and helped me sell my home even when "IT WAS A BUYERS MARKET"!!

She also kept me up to date on how many times my virtual tour had been looked at on a weekly basis.
